3. Program Participation

3.1 Eligibility

Violation of our Code of Conduct may result in immediate removal from programs.

3.4 Free Programs

  • All Golf Like A Girl instructional programs are provided free of charge

  • No refunds are applicable as there are no fees

  • We reserve the right to cancel programs due to weather, insufficient enrollment, or other circumstances

4. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

4.1 Assumption of Risk

Participants acknowledge that golf involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Injury from golf balls, clubs, or equipment

  • Injuries from slips, falls, or collisions

  • Weather-related risks

  • Transportation to and from activities

By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with golf activities.

4.2 Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants (and parents/guardians of minors) agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Golf Like A Girl, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of participation in our programs.

4.3 Medical Treatment

In case of emergency, Golf Like A Girl has permission to secure necessary medical treatment. Participants are responsible for all medical expenses incurred.

5. Photography and Media Release

5.1 Use of Images

By participating in Golf Like A Girl programs, you grant us permission to photograph, video record, and otherwise document your participation.

5.2 Rights Granted

You grant Golf Like A Girl the right to use your name, image, likeness, and voice in:

  • Promotional materials

  • Website and social media

  • Fundraising materials

  • Annual reports

  • News releases

5.3 No Compensation

You understand that no compensation will be provided for use of your image or likeness.
