Through free, fun mother/daughter lessons with female LPGA/PGA professionals, we create accessible, inclusive spaces for girls to connect and shine. Fueled by our trendy apparel line, generous sponsors, and heartfelt donors, we’re on a mission to inspire 1,000,000 girls to try golf by 2035. All to often women and girls are excluded from important conversations on the golf course and Golf Like A Girl is here to change that.

Mother/Daughter Success Story
A mother brought her daughter to a Golf Like A Girl Mother/Daughter lesson. The daughter had never found a sport she connected with and was hesitant to try something new. What made the difference was that she didn’t have to walk onto the course alone — she had her number one comfort, her mother, by her side. In this supportive environment, she gave golf a chance. That one lesson sparked a love for the game, leading to private lessons with Tory and giving her confidence, joy, and a sport she now calls her own.

Families Willing to Go the Distance
In Michigan and Maryland, mothers and daughters drove more than an hour to attend a free Golf Like A Girl Mother/Daughter lesson. These families carved out time, rearranged schedules, and made the trip because the opportunity was so unique. For many, it was their very first time on a golf course. The experience not only introduced the daughters to the game but also created lasting memories for mothers and daughters who might not otherwise have shared golf together. The willingness to travel so far underscores the need for more sponsored lessons across the country.

Rediscovering Golf as a Mom
One evening, a mom was at the driving range watching her son practice. She hadn’t played golf in over 20 years and was nervous to try again. That same night, Tory had a cancellation in her Free Women’s Lesson and invited the mom to join. Within one session, she was not only striking the ball with power but also excited to play golf with her son. The experience reignited her confidence and strengthened her family connection through golf.

Creating a Safe First Step
Two women attended a Free Golf Like A Girl lesson, both beginners and both intimidated to step onto a golf course. In the women-only setting, they felt supported and encouraged to learn without judgment. By the end of the session, their nerves turned into excitement — they were talking about buying clubs and continuing their golf journey. Without the free and inclusive structure of Golf Like A Girl, they never would have taken that first step.
Our Story
Golf Like A Girl was founded in 2023 by Victoria (Tory) Kronschnabel. I fell in love with golf when I was seven years old. I played with my family every weekend after church on sundays. My mission is simple - free golf lessons for women and girls so golf can become more of a family sport. I coached for the First Tee of Minnesota for five years and at Grand Elk Golf Club for two years. In 2023, I took my mission one step further and trademarked Golf Like a Girl as a vehicle to bring accessible golf through free lessons to all women and girls. All to often women are excluded from important conversations that happen on the golf course. Golf Like A Girl is here to give women the ability to not only crush the ball but also close the deal.
At Golf Like a Girl, our mission is to provide access to golf to all women and girls. Golf should be enjoyed by everyone, regardless of skill level or budget. GLG will provide as many free lessons as possible.

We have coaches in 30 states and 3 countries, all female LPGA and PGA professionals. Golf Like A Girl partners with the LPGA Foundation. Our coaches are paid — we need more funding to teach 100,000 more women and girls by the end of 2026.

Tory Kronschnabel
CEO and Founder of Golf Like A Girl LPGA Class A
Tory Kronschnabel is an LPGA Class A Professional with a degree in Economics and Engineering from The George Washington University. She founded Golf Like a Girl in 2023 with a clear mission: to bring more women onto the golf course. Believing that many important conversations happen on the course, Tory is passionate about ensuring women have a seat at
that table. She brings over seven years of teaching experience, having coached with The First Tee of Minneapolis for five years and Grand Elk Golf Club for two years. Today, Tory teaches at the Birdie Lounge in Fraser, CO, where she combines instruction with community-building. In the winter, she alsoshares her love of the outdoors as a ski instructor.

Christie Quinn

Christie Quinn is a Class A Member of the LPGA Teaching & Club Professional Division, and the current LPGA Vice President, with a passion for helping golfers of all levels discover and refine their unique swings. Growing up as an army brat, Christie lived across the U.S. and Europe before settling in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, where the proximity to TPC Sawgrass and the LPGA sparked her interest in golf. While her early career was in retail and executive management, Christie's love for golf grew through participation in charity and Pro- Am tournaments. In 2006, she made a bold career shift, dedicating herself fully to golf. Combining her competitive drive with a commitment to continuous improvement, Christie began competing in mini-tours, USGA events, and club tournaments, all while refining her skills with the guidance of top coaches and trainers. Christie's approach to golf instruction is rooted in her own journey of perseverance, learning, and goal-setting. With a repeatable push-draw swing she developed through observation and practice, she understands the importance of creating techniques that work under pressure. Her holistic philosophy integrates swing mechanics, physical fitness, and mental preparation, empowering golfers to reach their potential.

Ashaunta Epps is the CEO and Founder of A Perfect Swing, Inc., an organization that helps individuals use golf as a networking tool to advance their careers. She is a Class A LPGA Teaching Professional, serves as the LPGA Southeast Section President, and is a recipient of both the 2020 LPGA Southeast Section Teacher of the Year and the 2021 LPGA Southeast Section Professional of the Year awards.
Ashaunta is an instructor for the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship Clinics, the LPGA Leadership Academy, and the LPGA Golf Academy, and is an LPGA/USGA Girls Golf Site Director. She is an African American Golfers Hall of Fame Inductee and has been nationally recognized as a leader in golf by the African American Golfers’ Digest.
Through her corporate background, Ashaunta recognized golf as a powerful but often overlooked networking tool, leading to the creation of A Perfect Swing, Inc., whose mission is to make golf—and the opportunities it creates—more accessible and inclusive.
