Golf Like A Girl!
“Hi, this is Annika Sörenstam. I just want you to know that I think you should support Golf Like a Girl — it’s a great program!”
-Annika Sörenstam, Best female golfer in history
Free Mother/Daughter Golf Lessons throughout the world. Golf Like A Girl is located in 30+ US States and 4 countries. Our goal is to increase access to golf for women and girls. By offering free golf lessons that moms can bring their daughters to, we are providing a free lesson, free equipment to use, and taking away the need for a babysitter.
Our Story
Golf Like A Girl was founded in January 2025 by Victoria (Tory) Kronschnabel. I fell in love with golf when I was seven years old. I played with my family every weekend after church on Sundays. I coached for the First Tee of Minnesota for five years and at Grand Elk Golf Club for two years.
I trademarked Golf Like a Girl as a vehicle to bring accessible golf through free lessons to all women and girls. My mission is simple - free golf lessons for women and girls so golf can become more of a family sport. All too often women are excluded from important conversations that happen on the golf course. Golf Like A Girl is here to give women the ability to not only crush the ball but also close the deal.

Kristi Hemmer
Kristi Hemmer’s muse is to create chemical reactions within an individual and collective: a catalyst.  She believes that by inspiring changemakers to be unapologetic, they will disrupt the systems of power and create a more equal and safer world for women and girls.
As an educator for more than 20 years, she saw firsthand  girls/women shrink in a classroom, a community, and worldwide; it made her mad enough to quit her six-figure job, travel the world learning about social entrepreneurship and the GIRLeffect, and start her own social enterprise: AWE (Academy for Women’s Empoerment). Ironically in the process, she realized her eight-year old dream of being an author (Quit Being So Good), being President (of her own company), and starting her own school (Academy for Women’s Empowerment).
When Kristi is not coaching women, writing, or teaching, she is spreading good around the world out of her medium sized, black, The North Face duffle bag. She has been to all seven continents and 65 countries.
Kristi Hemmer has her M.Ed. in counseling, over 20 years in education as a teacher (preK- college), counselor, and principal, and her coaching certification from an ICF certified program.
